A flexible and effective part-time program designed for learners who want steady progress at their own pace. Strengthen essential English skills, gain confidence in
communication, and prepare for higher proficiency levels.
Busy professionals, part-time learners, or anyone who needs a balanced schedule while improving English for daily life, travel, or work.

- 09 instructional hours per week
- Emphasis on practical communication and vocabulary
- Dynamic lessons integrating American culture and conversation
- Supportive environment that fosters confidence and consistency
- Seamless transition to the Immersion Program when ready.

Term Structure
The academic year is divided into the following terms, each including placement testing, instruction, assessments, and final evaluations:
- Spring Term: January – April (13 weeks)
- Summer Term: May – August (13 weeks)
- Fall Term: September – December (13 weeks)
Become a Student
Our admissions team is ready to guide you through each step of the application process. To be considered for admission to Urgent English Institute, applicants must meet specific requirements, including completing a comprehensive placement test. This assessment measures your reading, writing, and listening skills.
Additionally, a brief speaking evaluation will be conducted by our School Director or Head Teacher to assess your communication abilities and overall language comprehension. This helps us ensure that you are placed in the level that best supports your success.
